Do you currently have your business systems in place? a) Nope, haven’t even thought about it yet. b) I have some, but am wanting to get more systems setup and more automation. c) Yes, most of my business systems are setup, and I have increased marketing automation, sequences and campaigns. d) Yes, all my business systems are in place, I also have a lot more follow up sequences for the live events I do. e) Yes, and we re-evaluate them on a regular basis to continue to improve them.

Yes, ts constantly bring in leads through various platforms and I am constantly measuring it to optimize the process my sales process.

Do you have a way people can book an appointment? a) No b) Yes, but not a set process I follow each time c) Yes, I have a set process that people use and my assistant oversees it. d) Yes, and I have multiple ways people can book with me depending on what they need. e) Yes, but most all the appointments are with my team, I only have appointments for high end programs/services.

Do you have a way to capture leads from your website? a) I don’t even have a website! b) Yes, but it’s a newsletter only. c) Yes, I have an opt-in, it’s a free mini course/consumer guide for my ideal client. d) Yes, I have a few different opt-ins that I rotate on a regular basis. e) Yes, I have multiple optins on different sites.

How do you manage your Empire Building Growth? a) I have goals but they are not clearly defined so I am always changing them. b) I kinda of know what I want to achieve but I am struggling with self sabotaging behaviors. c) I know how to set clear goal, how to achieve them and how to uncover and release old beliefs. d) I am conscious and clear about areas of my life that feels out of alignment and invest in the right kind of support to align myself. e) I am focused on a million dollar mindset.

Do you have a clear onboarding process? a) No, Not really sure what that is. b) Yes but its not consistent. c) Yes I have a clear process that my assistant overlooks for my customers. d) Yes I have a process that is branded and ensuring that my customers are happy and part of my referral marketing campaign. e) Yes my onboarding process is awesome and im getting tons of referrals from an awesome delivery.

Where are you in financial management? a) I hate doing this, makes me feel uncomfortable and currently receiving payment through cash, cheque or paypal. b) I use an online accounting service like freshbooks, xero, etc. c) I have a bookkeeper who also consults me on my tax strategy. d) I have a part time CFO who I consult with my tax and financial advisor to refine my business entity and tax strategy. e) I have a CFO full time who is on top of my finances and we discuss quarterly our numbers.
